Rev. Jamelle Jones is a dynamic lead pastor, author, and spiritual mentor whose ministry is marked by a deep passion for advancing the gospel and helping people experience lasting hope through a life of true discipleship in Jesus Christ. Known for his engaging presence and authentic communication, Jamelle brings clarity, conviction, and compassion to every message, inspiring transformation in individuals and communities alike. He currently serves as Lead Pastor of Wesley United Methodist Church, where he casts vision, shepherds the congregation, and leads with a heart for spiritual growth, mission, and community impact. 

Rev. Jones brings a wealth of experience across a wide range of ministry contexts, having faithfully served in children’s, youth, college, and associate pastoral roles. This diverse background has uniquely equipped him to connect with people at every stage of life, fostering environments where individuals and families can grow in their faith and live on mission for Christ.

He is also an accomplished author of You Are Enough…You Matter, Immeasurably More, and Believe Again. Through his writing, Jamelle encourages readers to embrace their God-given identity, develop resilience through life’s challenges, and trust in the redeeming love and power of God.

Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, Jamelle pursued his passion for truth and understanding at Eastern Kentucky University, earning a degree in Philosophy with a minor in Middle Eastern religions. Following the leading of the Holy Spirit, he continued his theological training at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary, where he earned his Master’s degree and further prepared for a life of ministry.
